Refund policy

Please read the the following before purchasing from our farm. 

Our Commitment: We put our hearts and souls into the products that we grow. While some of our tubers are not pretty, we are committed to shipping you a viable tuber with at least one eye.  Our tubers will be shipped without rot or broken necks. However, once they leave us, we are not liable for their well being. We are not responsible for shipping mishaps or any issues that arise once they reach you. 

We grow all dahlias in our fields and do not sell imports. All tubers have been grown in our field for a minimum of one year prior to sale. We take sanitary precautions when growing and cutting our dahlias. We believe them to be virus-free. However, we are not responsible for any plant that later shows signs of virus.

If you have concerns about the product we send you, contact us within 48 hours of its arrival at TLCFlowersonUpton@gmail.com.

Order Fulfillment: We do our best to fulfill all orders. However, we can not rule out storage issues. If we don't have a quality tuber to send you, we will refund your purchase.

Order Cancellation: Once orders are placed, they can not be canceled. 

Shipping: We offer a $12 flat rate shipping. 

Order Limits: We may place order limits on some varieties. If you order more than allowed, we will cancel and refund your overage.

Fall Shipping: If you order dahlia tubers for fall shipping, you are responsible for winter storage. We will not replace or refund tubers that do not make it through storage. If you are inexperienced with dahlia storage methods, please wait for our spring sale.
